The Employment and Labor Law Student Association (ELLSA) aims to provide resources, events, and career guidance for Gould students interested in careers in employment and labor law. ELLSA would also serve as a community to discuss legal issues relevant to those practice areas. Currently, there are few outside-of-the-classroom opportunities for students to gain exposure to employment and labor law, learn about relevant legal issues, and network. ELLSA would provide a bridge between employment and labor law-related courses and students who are interested in careers in the field but lack a network to actualize that interest.

The Keck Human Rights Clinic provides forensic evaluation and documentation to any immigrant or displaced individual residing in the United States who requires documentation of maltreatment in order for justice to be carried out. We additionally provide

Our mission is 3-fold:
1. Justice: Members of the USC-Keck Human Rights Clinic advocate on behalf of asylum seekers by providing pro bono forensic medical and psychological evaluations to corroborate claims of maltreatment.
2. Education: Medical students are given the opportunity to assist with forensic evaluations and report drafting, allowing students to gain experience as advocates for health and human rights. Medical students also learn about global issues and cultural competence through assisting with these examinations.
3. Training: The USC Keck HRC hosts nationwide training sessions for physicians to gain the skills necessary to perform forensic evaluations and register under PHR's umbrella of providers.

Our primary goal is to address educational disparities and provide resources to public schools and nonprofits that allow students to strive academically. The Mustard Seed Project is an innovative volunteer-based service for individuals experiencing homelessness; our mission is to provide low barrier access to basic needs and services for displaced communities around the USC campus & greater LA area. We foster a person-centered approach to homelessness services, and apply best practice and data driven techniques to homeless outreach. We hope to develop young leaders in professionalism, political competency, and ethics while educating the public, and the USC student body, about homelessness in their respective communities.
The Mustard Seed Project, which is affiliated with the International Mustard Seed Project Organization, follows a mission guided by a “hand up, not hand out” philosophy, to connect unsheltered individuals to services and programs through community organization, relationship-based outreach, and volunteer case management.
We hope to direct outreach and volunteer projects across Los Angeles to distribute basic supplies such as food and water to displaced populations; we will also work with our Chapter Advisors and the Directors of MSP to disseminate housing, pro-bono consulting, and work opportunities to displaced populations.

USC Mustard Seed Project defines membership on three different levels; Open Membership, General/Voting Membership, and Executive Membership.
Open membership is not restricted by dues, interviews, or application process – this entails that all members of the USC student body are free to join MSP as an Open Member without being bound by any restrictions. Open Members are able to attend all General Member meetings, and learn about homelessness in the Greater Los Angeles area. They will also be able to assist in the planning of volunteer events, and partake in two volunteer events per semester. Open Members will be able to learn about the legal, health, and economic implications of displacement in their community, enabling them to educate the rest of the USC student body about the mission of The Mustard Seed Project.
General/Voting Members must pay dues of $30.00USD/semester in order to be eligible to vote on matters concerning MSPSC, and have a larger stake in the planning and execution of events. On top of sharing the benefits of Open Membership, these members will also be able to attend more than two volunteer events a semester, and reap the benefits of hands-on and in-field relief with displaced communities in the GTLA area.
Executive Membership is limited to the Officers of the Mustard Seed Project; these positions are outlined in the organization's Constitution, and require a formal application and interview process. The details regarding this process can be found in the MSPSC Constitution. These members must still pay the $30.00USD/semester dues required for General Membership, but have the largest stake in planning and executing events. These members are required to attend all General Member meetings, as well as Executive Board meetings, and are responsible for overseeing the wellbeing of the organization.

The Trojan Forum is a non-partisan forum for the expression and debate of a wide range of ideas. The Forum organizes panels, debates, and talks by leading experts and distinguished persons on issues both topical and timeless. Forum events are open to the public. Admission to Forum events is free for USC students, staff, and faculty. An admission fee may be required for other event attendees, which will be collected at the event.

Trojan Health Interpretation Services' primary mission is to fulfill a demand for interpreters for the Limited English Proficient population in order to guarantee medical services for all. We will provide free health interpretation and translation services for people in and around the USC area. Another primary mission is to train bilingual students to become ad hoc interpreters through extensive medical vocabulary training and practice situations. We seek to provide our services to grassroots organizations that are working with limited resources; usually, these organizations provide free services and don├óÔé¼Ôäót have the funds or the organizational structure to have a full-time interpreter. Ultimately, Trojan Health Interpretation Services actively works to provide free ad hoc interpretation services to the vast Limited English Proficient population in Los Angeles.
