I have a better connection with the Viterbi Community and am able to engage with other women thinking and wanting similar personal and career growth. It has been wonderful to connect with others on campus I traditionally wouldn't and feel like I am part of the Viterbi Community.

Being part of the ERG groups has made a significant difference in my experience at Viterbi. I feel so much joy and happiness meeting people I would not normally collaborate with. This improves our communication and bond so much more, and we find ways to collaborate with one another, offering new perspectives on how to improve our work processes. In one meeting, I shared a project I worked on that piqued the interest of several members and gave us an opportunity to see if the project could be adapted in other departments. I thoroughly enjoy getting to know my colleagues more and building deeper relationships at work. I find the connections absolutely rewarding.

The ERG has proven invaluable as a platform for meaningful interactions with colleagues from different backgrounds and disciplines. These exchanges have broadened my understanding of Viterbi's diverse functions and enriched my professional network, enabling me to learn from others' expertise and perspectives.

It's been amazing being part of leadership for the Women's ERG. I've had the chance to work with staff who I would not have otherwise worked with in my role. The ERG has given me the opportunity to meet staff from all over Viterbi. It has been a great way to build connections and learn from each other.

With this also being my first year at USC, being a part of the ERGs has given me the opportunity to meet so many of my colleagues at Viterbi that I otherwise may have not had the opportunity to meet. The ERG groups have provided an amazing space to come together, interact outside of our inboxes all while being a part of great events to help grow personally and professionally.

I have really enjoyed the women's' ERG! The workshops have been helpful in learning about topics I am interested in, and the fun events like the lunches and socials keep me connected to my fellow female co workers and members. I am looking forward to more activities and connecting with my Viterbi female community,

The Women's ERG and the other ERGs have made a significant impact on my experience at USC Viterbi. The ERGs have allowed me the opportunity to express my creativity and my passion for uplifting women in the workplace and in the world. Leading the ERG has allowed me to meet people from different departments I have never met and gain perspectives I did not have the opportunity to gain before. Breaking down silos and opening conversation and support is key to creating a healthy and positive work culture; this is not always available in our actual daily teams. I have enjoyed working with a great group of women who have expertise in different areas. I have also had the opportunity to assist other ERGs with their launch and provide different ideas for their events. The women's group collaborating with the Latinx/e group was the first ERG collaboration, and we plan on having more collaborations.
