About Us

Flavors is a cultural club with the initiative to experience different cultures through taste, cuisine and conversation. Food is a key way of understanding a culture and an even better way to create meaningful relationships. We want to quite literally 'break bread' with our peers and engage with our student body through a shared enthusiasm and curiosity of our respective cuisine and cultures. Trying different or new foods can be a whole adventure, it can be daunting yet very exciting. We want to encourage people to open their minds to trying new things because after all you never know what you'll really like until you try it. Our main initiative is to spark conversation, in a world that nowadays is so divided and defined by labels, we wanted to create an open atmosphere where people can transcend cultural barriers and truly get to know one another. We want to break the ice to initiate a more engaging dialogue where people from all walks of life can come together to share and discuss their cultures, values, passions and just have a good conversation.
