Mindful Play Lab is an invitation to discover fresh, creative, and playful ways to cultivate mindful awareness in everyday life — and to make new friends along the way. In this series, led by Mindful Student Ambassador Manu Goel, we’ll explore mindfulness beyond formal meditation. Together we’ll experiment with a mix of practices including art-making, finger painting, salad-making, breath work, crafting, movement, and other playful practices designed to spark curiosity, presence, and joy. Each session offers new ways to connect — with yourself, with others, and with the world around you — while deepening your capacity for mindfulness, compassion, and authentic community.
It this weeks session we will explore simple, science-backed breathing patterns (inspired by pranayama) to lower stress and anxiety in real time.Help your body shift out of “fight or flight”.Improve focus and emotional balance. just you, your breath, and a calm space to practice.
You’ll leave with a few easy techniques you can use before exams, presentations, or whenever your brain feels too loud.
