A sacred listening space to explore what we learn from grief.
This trauma-informed space is a sanctuary for listening and being listened to, holding and being held.
Together we explore embodied practices, ritual, mindful meditation, breathwork, and grief writing prompts. Designed for people experiencing grief of any variety, be it personal, collective, organizational, disenfranchised or climate grief.
Session facilitated by Devorah Brous.
All Trojans: students, staff and faculty are welcome to find solace in the Grief Garden.
