Requirements to participate are an active intern license, active BLS training, and immunization certification.

Once you are registered on EngageSC, follow the sign-up link to the Google Sheet and sign-up under the correct site and date. You must sign up under BOTH to confirm your spot.

Do NOT sign up for a shift unless you can commit to that time and date. If you are unable to attend a shift you previously signed up for, it is your responsibility to find a replacement 5 days before the day of your shift and to notify us at op.immunization@gmail.com.
