Requirements to participate: an active intern license, active BLS training, and immunization certification.

Vaccines Offered: Influenza (IM); COVID-19 (IM); Pneumococcal, Shingles, RSV, etc

Dress Code: Business Professional, White Coat, and USC Name Badge

Once you are registered on EngageSC, follow the sign-up link to the Google Sheet and sign-up under your site and date/time.

DO NOT sign up for shift unless you can commit to that time and date. If you are unable to attend a shift you previously signed up for, it is your responsibility to find a replacement 5 days before the day of your shift and to notify us at op.immunization@gmail.com.
