The Andronicus chapter has 19 active undergraduate members. The Shankland Andronicus Chapter House (SARCH) was built in 1896 and has been our home for over 50 years. The house is a place for active members to live, work, and socialize. It is also equipped with plotters, 3D printers, a woodshop, and several architecture libraries. Members also get access to professional development such as mentors/mentees, architecture firm tours, and connections to 200+ alumni in the Los Angeles area.

The American Lung Cancer Screening Initiative (ALCSI) at USC raises awareness for lung cancer and promotes lung cancer screening for high-risk individuals.

Membership Benefits
Lung cancer is the most deadly cancer in the US, and the South Central community of LA is disproportionately affected by it. Currently, only 4.2% of high risk individuals are getting screened for lung cancer. ALCSI emphasizes the importance of early screening for lung cancer through public informational events and connects people to resources to get proper screening. ALCSI provides students interested in public health with canvassing experiences, public speaking opportunities, and community outreach skills to encourage lung cancer screening to South Central LA.
