Join us for a conversation with Nicolas Jammet, Co-Founder and Chief Concept Officer of Sweetgreen. Hear how Sweetgreen began, how it scales quality and convenience, and how the company stays true to its mission of building healthier, more sustainable communities. The first Sweetgreen opened in 2007 in Washington, D.C.—and the newest location opens at USC Village on November 4.

Speaker Bio – Nicolas Jammet
Nicolas Jammet is Co-Founder & Chief Concept Officer of Sweetgreen, the mission-driven restaurant brand serving healthy food at scale. He and his co-founders launched Sweetgreen in 2007, three months after graduating college. Jammet has been recognized by Fast Company (Most Creative People in Business), Inc. 30 Under 30, Forbes 30 Under 30, and Food & Wine’s 40 Big Food Thinkers Under 40. Sweetgreen has been named to Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies and honored with multiple Webby Awards.

The Jacobson Family Sustainable Impact Symposium shares practical, business-specific strategies and tools to address complex social and environmental challenges. It convenes USC undergraduates and graduate students across disciplines alongside community stakeholders and business professionals.
