I am an LA native who has a deep passion for football, analytics, and how we can bring the game closer to fans. Through my academic experiences at UCLA and USC, I fell in love with data and its ability to tell powerful stories. I'm originally from the Bay Area and went to UCLA for undergrad, where I studied math and economics. I started my master’s right after, pursuing applied data science at Viterbi. I became super interested in the sports and entertainment space after an internship at a market research firm, and I found my place at the Chargers while still in grad school. Now, I help build tools and predictive models that support our sales, marketing, and ticketing teams.

Founder

JoLeader

As a Leadership Development Expert, I was filmed by CNN for my 'powerful public speaking' training, which - sadly - never made it to prime time. I've trained more than 10,000 people in Leadership positions to delegate, give better feedback, resolve conflict, speak with confidence, and more...

Leadership isn't hard, but few people teach the tactics to become the type of leader others love to follow. -And that is my jam.
