As the CEO of Dreami, Ashima leads a transformative initiative focused on empowering individuals through scalable workforce development programs. With expertise in product development, entrepreneurship, and corporate strategy, Ashima has made a significant impact, impacting over 12,000 individuals across 65 organizations.

Outside of work, Ashima finds fulfillment in outdoor adventures and voracious reading, fueled by a profound appreciation for life's opportunities. Surviving the 2004 Tsunami in Sri Lanka shaped Ashima's outlook, instilling a drive to seize every moment and make a difference in the world. Recognized and funded by esteemed institutions and investors, including The National Science Foundation and Melinda Gates' venture fund, Ashima continues to inspire others to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth and change.

Meet Judith Ibarra-Bianchetta, a dynamic leader and Vice President at Tetra Tech with a passion for driving growth and innovation in the water, environment, and infrastructure sector. Graduating from the University of Texas at Austin in 2000, Judith has cultivated expertise that has propelled her to the forefront of strategic initiatives within Tetra Tech.

In her role as Vice President, US Growth and Strategy, Judith spearheads efforts to accelerate company growth nationwide, focusing on infrastructure solutions. Additionally, she plays a pivotal role as the Executive Sponsor for Tetra Tech’s Latino/Hispanic Employee Resources Group and Deputy One Water Growth Initiative Leader, demonstrating her commitment to diversity and sustainability.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Judith finds joy in dancing, exercising, and immersing herself in music and art. A notable aspect of Judith's life is her deep affection for her two Shih Tzu puppies, Van Gogh and Georgia, showcasing her nurturing and affectionate nature both in and out of the workplace.

Meet Jan Berkeley, a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in spacecraft development and operations. Jan graduated from USC in 1986 and swiftly transitioned into a role as a Member of Technical Staff at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in 1987. Specializing in embedded systems, spacecraft operations, and software maintenance, Jan has been instrumental in supporting prominent missions such as Galileo, Cassini, Deep Space One, and MER.

Beyond the confines of the laboratory, Jan finds solace in a variety of activities. From intense workouts to peaceful meditation sessions, Jan values physical and mental well-being. In leisure time, you might catch Jan engrossed in mystery novels, indulging in YouTube binges, or cheering fervently at sporting events.

One intriguing facet of Jan's life is a tangible connection to space—a piece of the Russian space tile serves as a unique memento, symbolizing Jan's enduring passion for exploration and discovery. Currently, Jan applies expertise in a different arena, delving into the realm of HR while continuing to inspire and innovate in the field of space exploration.
