Info Session - Become a Volunteer Tutor with EnCorps STEMx Tutors!

EnCorps STEMx Tutors Program is looking for volunteers to inspire and mentor middle schoolers in need of math tutoring and STEM mentorship. Currently, 26% of 8th-grade students are meeting U.S. math standards. By volunteering, you'll share your passion for STEM while providing support to middle schoolers from an under-resourced community that is underperforming in their math coursework. The math that is covered is foundational math and pre-algebra. Time commitment consists of tutoring one or two students on your schedule from 12:00-5:00 PM PST. Just an hour, twice a week, on Zoom.
