Mission The purpose of this organization is to promote the matriculation, retention, and progression of Black Ph.D. students and candidates in engineering disciplines at the University of Southern California; provide programming for Black Ph.D. students and candidates in engineering to attain the skills necessary to excel in their professions; cultivate and ignite undergraduate student enthusiasm for graduate studies in engineering; and curate networking, collaboration, and mentorship opportunities with scholars, faculty, and industry professionals— internal and external to the University of Southern California.
