Join us for an interactive workshop facilitated by Mindful USC, designed to help students chill, focus and thrive during finals. The workshop will highlight the importance of self-care and offer strategies to help them maintain balance, reduce stress and promote positive well-being during the upcoming busy finals season. Martin Vitorino, Mindful USC Teacher, will be the guest speaker. By the end of the session, students will walk away with practical and everyday mindful strategies that they can use to support their academic success and personal well-being.
