Former strategy and management consultant, Leo has a passion for helping patients through the discovery of new life-changing drugs, digital innovation, and the overall use of new technologies to improve patients’ lives through optimization of a product's full lifecycle. Currently working at Amgen, Leo has also been a faculty at Harvard University as well as a consultant for the White House (HHS), the World Health Organization, and several Fortune 500 companies and top start-ups. Leo also has a passion to help the most vulnerable populations and has done so through healthcare pro-bono work, several missions with Doctors Without Borders, and contributions to non-profit organizations.

In her current role at Indegene, she is responsible for field medical excellence and differentiating scientific engagement through digital enablement for the development of modular scientific content, machine-assisted content review, novel digital training methods, and utilizing AI-driven insights to optimize medical communications.
